* You will be given a consent form at the time of groom. It must be signed

and will be kept in your pet's file. This contains vital information for all parties involved.

(i.e. vet. info, emergency #'s, health problems, etc.)

* We would like to have 12-24 hours notice for cancellation.

~ Failure to cancel may result in a fee and termination of our services.

~ Our time & fuel is important to us, and each slot is scheduled & managed carefully.

Therefore, if you give us enough notice, we can fill your allotted time slot.

Emergencies do happen with Both parties, and I will do my best to get your pet in as soon as possible if one arises on either part.

* Prices are based on pets size, coat condition, type & required groom, and temperament.

*Each Bath/Groom MUST be discussed clearly prior to each visit.

* Please remember to discuss all injuries, diseases & health issues before each groom.

~ My first and primary concern is the well-being of your pet.

I never want them to be uncomfortable in any way!

* Payment is due at time of service *

~ Cash or currently dated checks are accepted. Sorry, we do not accept credit/debit cards.

~ Return checks will be subject to a $30.00 fee.

* We reserve the right to refuse service to excessively matted, overly aggressive,

or flea/tick infested pets.
