*Your Pet(s) must be current on all vaccinations. *Overly aggressive, flea infested, or excessively matted pets will not be tolerated or turned away. If your pet becomes aggressive, the grooming process will stop and a service charge will ensue. The pet will unfortunately be asked to leave the Driveway Dogs Program. *You will be given a consent form at the first groom. It MUST be signed and will be kept in your pets file. *We like to have 12-24 hours notice for a cancellation. However, we realize life happens :) However, failure to cancel will result in a fee and may end our services. If you give us enough notice, we can fill your allotted time slot. Our time and fuel are important to us. Each slot is scheduled and managed carefully. We WILL run early and late due to a variety of reasons...traffic, weather, etc. So please understand that we are a mobile salon (not a stationary shop). We do try to give you an estimate as to our arrival, but please be patient we will arrive shortly. Emergencies happen with both parties and I will do my best to get your pet rescheduled as soon as possible shall one arise.
My primary concern is for the well being of your pet! I don't ever want them to be uncomfortable in any way.
*Prices are based on size, coat condition, breed, required groom, temperament, time and travel. The estimates you receive on the phone or via email are just that. They are based on the information provided to the groomer prior to viewing the pet.
Each groom will be discussed clearly prior to each visit.
Please remember to discuss all injuries, diseases and health issues before each groom.
Payment is due at the time of groom. Cash or current checks only. Return checks will be subject to fees.
All Grooming and Styling Services receive the following:
*Groomer and owner shall discuss grooming and styling prior to groom to ensure all expectations will be met by both parties.
*All shampoos are natural and will be chosen for your pet's skin type, condition, and coat.
*Soothing music will be played for your pet's comfort.
*If any health problems arise or are observed during the groom, owner will be notified.
*There will be an Observation Report provided to the client at the end of each groom.
Full Spa Packages for Dogs and Cats Include:
Hydro-massage Bath, Blow Out and Brush
Clean Ears/ trims/ pluck hair if necessary. Cleaned with Non alcohol cleanser to prevent drying and cracking.
Warm fluff dry which removes excess undercoat, dander, skin issues, and is very gentle. There is no risk of burns to skin, coat or overheating. No cage drying ever!
Sanitary Clip
Anal glands expressed
Nails trimmed and filed with dremel tool (if pet allows)
Trim hair between toes and pads
De-shedding when necessary
Quality styling and scissor finish
Natural Shampoos, sprays, conditioners
All prices include groom/travel charge. It does not include gratuity and any add on service.
Cats:
The price for cats begins at $75.00. Due to the great amount of time, care, and skill that goes into grooming each cat, it is necessary to handle them properly and gently.
We never use a cat bag nor do we sedate! We make sure that your kitty is calm, comfortable, and safe throughout the process. This is only grooming, not surgery. We can and will stop at any time we deem it necessary. If they become too anxious or distressed we will take a break. We will resume later or reschedule for another day. Either or both will incur a charge.
If your cat is matted or pelted and we are unable to perform the groom, you will need to seek your Veterinarian's assistance and will incur a service charge.
It is not true that cats don't enjoy being groomed/bathed. If they are started young, or are done frequently, they will get used to it as most animals do. Frequent grooming of your kitty helps their skin, coat, shedding, hairballs, nail breakage, and prevention of potential problems.
Additional Fees:
*Dematting! This is charged on my TIME and my TOOLS! This is a very PAINFUL process for your pet and your groomer! If your pet has been unfortunate to get into this situation, we will have to have a discussion. It can be dangerous and I will not perform this service on your pet. Please understand you are paying for my time, expertise, and most importantly your pet's safety! Therefore, you will incur a large sum.
If this does not sit well with you, please look elsewhere. I will not jeopardize my clients nor myself and would never want them hurt.
*Flea and Tick Eradication. This requires a special appointment. It requires it's own day and special cleanup process.
*Hand stripping, Plucking, and Rolling is available upon request.
Payment is required upon completion of services.

Finally, all services will only be performed when it is safe and your pet(s) feel comfortable.
